After finding some cute ideas for Valentine mailboxes (HERE), we rifled through our recycling bin and pulled out a cereal box and a cracker box (becasue my preschooler need to make one too!) Then we took out scrapbook paper, ribbon, goggly eyes, foam stickers, and hot glue.
Afton was set to work on her own, she's seven and knows her way around a craft table.
Maisy is four years old and need a little more help. But she was very proud to do the 'dot dot paint' on the paws and nose. And that sweet puppy smile is all her too.
Her favorite part was the foam stickers (compliments of CraftProjectIdeas.com). She was really good with those stickers!
It's fun to see what your kids can make with the supplies you already have on hand!
