Out of the Box-First Impressions

Back in September I traveled to NYC as part of the Miele Pure Air Blog Campaign. Over the next few months I will be sharing my experiences with my Miele vacuum.

Woohoo my new Miele has arrived! You may remember that we already own a Miele upright. Jeff and I bought it from Lonestar Vacuum here in Grapevine before I even knew what a "Miele" was :) And since then, I can honestly say that my floors and my home are cleaner than ever. As part of the blog campaign, I received a new vacuum from Miele. I still have my lovely red upright, but now she has a friend...

Meet the red canister!  She rolls, she glides, she gets into 'hard to reach' spaces :)

It's easy for me to talk about this new vacuum because I already owned a Miele, waaaaay before this campaign ever started. Meile is the best vacuum on the market because it cleans your home. It really, really cleans your home.
Read more about Miele and allergens here.
As the air moves through the vacuum filters, allergens and dust are trapped and removed. So not only are your floors clean, but the air is too. The allergens and dirt are trapped in the closed system and sealed away in vacuum bags (not blown out and scattered around your home like other vacuum cleaners). This is important to anyone who suffers from allergies (or anyone who has lungs!) Cleaner air is better for my kids, my husband, and me (it means I don't have to dust the furniture as often!)

So what does a girl with two beautiful Miele vacuum cleaners do? Well one lives upstairs and one lives downstairs. My new canister is great for the hardwoods and reaching all the high nooks and crannies on the first floor.

On a recent trip to Lone Star Vacuum, to get those awesome 'allergen catching' bags for my upright, I had a chance to talk "Miele" with one of the owners. It's funny how exciting vacuums can be-- but seriously how hard do we all work to make our homes beautiful? Part of that comes from having a clean home! I was thrilled to find out that the yummy Miele coffee that I feel in love with in Princeton, was available right here in Texas:)

Now I am off to vacuum my floors- nothing better than starting the weekend with a clean house. Happy Friday my friends!

I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
