Why We Went Back to Cinnamon Shore!

The day that school let out, we packed up our car and drove back down to Cinnamon Shore. Why?? Because it is the best beach in Texas and only 6.5  hours from our house. The property is adorable and the activities are fun.

I posted a lot of details about the Cinnamon Shore community last summer, click here to read that fact-filled post. (Just looking at that post and these new pics makes me want to head back there asap.)

In our condo, we had a full kitchen. So we ate breakfast and lunch at home, then went out for dinners. In the kitchen is this cute chalkboard, so I decorated it with a few different messages during our stay.

We went in late May this time and the weather was a bit mixed. A little rain each day. But plenty of sun and warmth.

We rented a golf cart to get us to and from the beach each day. (Although you could easily walk-- It's more to fun to ride in the 'beach limo'.)

My girls love this beach because the water is 'rough' enough for boogie boarding, but calm enough that they can get in without us.

We spent most of our days at the beach, but we did enjoy the pools too.

I can't pick a favorite day of our trip, they were all so great. We even managed to find a talented photographer to take family photos for us. If you are looking for a great Port Aransas Photographer, click here!
