4 Easy St. Patrick's Day Traditions

Whether you are really Irish or not, it's fun to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Green milk, a magical trail from a Leprechaun, and a few rainbow surprises... these are a few of our family's favorite St. Patrick's Day traditions. Because when you have kids in your house, it's nice to do things just for fun. Life can be so serious-- lighten it up with a sparkly rainbow or funny socks. You don't even have to be 'crafty' or spend a lot of money. (Don't let Pinterest make you feel overwhelmed!)
These sweet little traditions are easy to do and will make for happy memories years down the road.

1. Rainbow cupcakes- mix up your favorite white cake box mix and then divide the batter into small bowls. Add food coloring and blend. Then layer the colors in the muffin cup and bake.

3. A Leprechaun Visit-- leave a trail of shamrocks for your kiddos to follow. Don't forget to leave a treat under the rainbow.

4. Rainbow Socks- These were brought to the girls from the Leprechaun last year. (He may have bought them at Walmart.)

Does your family do anything fun for St. Patrick's Day?
