I set a new PR yesterday. I ran 5 errands with 2 kiddos in under 2 hours. Just let that sink in for a minute. I got in and out of the car, at 5 different stores, with my 2 girls. No one cried, no one got a time out, and we finished our 'to-do' list in less than 2 hours. I was quite pleased!

And to top it all off, the girls each got a balloon at Old Navy. I guess we haven't gotten balloons lately, because these kids were giddy. You would have thought it was Christmas morning!

Never Grow Up

It made me stop and think. At what age do we stop loving balloons? When do we loose our enthusiasm for simple joy? Maybe we never really loose it, maybe we just forget...
