Spring Mantle

With Easter just a few weeks away, I felt it was time to break out the plastic eggs. Last year my Easter decorations were mainly on the dining room table, but since I have a very curious 2 year old, I decided to move things up on the mantle:)

I was happy with the decorations I already had (trees from Target, bunnies from HomeGoods) but I wanted to make an Easter wreath. I bought a small grapevine wreath and added some spring greens and mini-eggs. I just tucked everything into the wreath, so after Easter passes, I can pull out the eggs and add a few more flowers if needed. Who doesn't love a wreath for 'all seasons'?!

The dresser in the entry way has a few Easter items too. I love this printable "He is Risen." You can find it on my Easter Pinterest board. I used some spanish moss to make a little nest added a few speckled eggs. And the Easter Bunny makes an appearance too.

My coffee filter wreath tutorial can be found here.

Finally I added a few handfuls of eggs to the mercury glass on the tea table. I like the way the colors look through the glass.
